4. Third-Party Processors and Overseas Transfer

To ensure the reliable delivery of your messages, we use FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a service based in the United States. By using our contact form, you acknowledge that your data will be transferred to and processed in the USA.

FormSubmit is responsible for the technical routing of data. We rely on their commitment to data security as per the laws of their jurisdiction. Additionally, our website is hosted by Micron 21 Pty Ltd, located at Unit 2, 7 Eastspur Court, Kilsyth South VIC 3137, Australia.

5. Data Retention and Storage

We retain your personal data and project stems only as long as necessary to fulfill our services. According to our business rules, project files and associated communication are stored for 6 months after the final delivery of the master.

Your consent for data processing is stored in your browser's localStorage under the key bndg-consent for a period of 180 days.
